Are E-mails better than ordinary calls?

E-mails have become very popular over the last few years, but many people are not sure if they are entirely good thing.
On the one hand, text messages are both faster and cheaper to send because they are shorter. You can also leave messages for people if they can't answer their phone immediately, and this is very important in today's busy world. Also a lot of people dislike speaking on the phone, especially shy people. They often feel uncomfortable and can't think of anything to say. E-mails are easier to use because you have time to plan exactly what you want to say. You can also think of the best way to say it.
On the other hand, feelings are very important in communication. When you speak to someone, you can hear how that person feels. You can also guess if they are telling the truth or not. It's very difficult to understand a person's real emotions in a text message.
In conclusion, text messages are useful for short and simple information, but ordinary phones are better for real communication.

My grandmother's childhood.

My grandmother Mary was born in 1942 in the Republic Belarus. At that time was the Great Patriotic War. And this area was occupied by germans. She was the fifth child in the family.

I think that my grandmother's childhood was difficult due to the fact that even the bread was not enough. But my grandmother never did complain. When my grandmother turned 5 years old her father came from the war. He went to Berlin and there, in the Reichstag, he signed. And then her life had improved slightly. My grandmother was admitted to the first class in 1950. School years, she remembers with great joy. The most important and favorite memories – are the teachers. She remembers with great love for them. Times were hard, was not enough clothing, shoes, food, and their teachers are always fed. And she had to share clothes and shoes with her younger sisters. Nevertheless, my grandmother studied only in "excellent" and was very active girl. In childhood grandmother had often malnourished. She and her friends used to gather spikelets rye, tied them into bundles and baked at the bonfire. They used to gather in spring on potato fields rotten potatoes. Most were without shoes, because they were stuck in the mud. But only for that rotten baked potatoes . They were so delicious that even now my grandmother would not refuse them. I think that it's not that they were tasty, but because it is the smell of my grandmother's childhood. In her spare time from school my grandmother loved reading the books. Although there was no electricity grandmother read by kerosene lamp. The parents she was not allowed to linger for a long time because of the cost of kerosene. But my grandmother had a very expensive gift from her father, who brought back from the war, from Germany - a flashlight. Then she used to climb on the Russian stove, and there continued to read.

Ilive in the 21 century . And now my life is drastically different from the life of my grandmother. I looked at my grandmother - funny, always upbeat, happy, and I think, and could I overcome these difficulties that befell my grandmother? I do not know ...

My favourite band

My favourite band at the moment is the Black Eyed Peas। It is a Grammy Award winning hip hop group that formed in Los Angeles, California in 1995. The group is composed of vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Will.I.Am and vocalists Apl.De.Ap, Taboo, and Fergie.
In 1995, former Atban Klann members Will.i.am and Apl.de.ap, with new member Taboo formed The Black Eyed Peas and signed to Interscope Records. Kim Hill was also a member, however for unknown reasons she did not appear on album art or single art. She was featured on most of their songs on their debut album, 1998's, "Behind the Front". It became somewhat successful, however the peas became interested in a more dance style, and Hill left the group in 2000.
"The E.N.D.," the group's fifth studio album and the third since the singer Stacy Ferguson (better known as Fergie) joined and took it from the earnest hip-hop underground to the glamorous, necessarily compromised pop mainstream, is more accomplished and more confounding than any of the foursome's previous efforts. The album has really good tracks on it. My favourite is Meet Me Halfway.
The Black Eyed Peas had begun work on their next studio album.
